Exchanged products must be in the condition you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging. This exchange policy does not apply to any of our custom created art including Artist-Enhanced Giclees, Originals, and Commissioned Originals, which are all non-refundable. If a problem should occur with our purchases due to a manufacturing defect, ByLizMiller will replace it at no cost to you.
